About Phambili Projects

Phambili Projects was founded in 2010 and concentrates on the Steel, Engineering and Mining, Aggregate and Mineral Beneficiation Industries. We design, manufacture, erect and commission complete Aggregate and Beneficiation Plants. Our Plant Electricals are built into Containers with Air Conditioning and designs are done on CAD in 2D and 3D.

Phambili Projects has a vast range of Vibratory Equipment and make use of Italvibras Vibrating Motors and Drives on our machines. Our Mechanical Screens (Centre Shaft Drive) have proven to have long life cycles in the Aggregate Industry.

We are busy testing our High Frequency Screen with different Screening Media, and is going to do a test on 40µ dry product Screening in April 2021. We also utilise the original Rosta Mounts, in cases where Coil Springs are less suited. We recondition Jaw – and Cone Crushers back to the original Standard, and prefer to make use of brand name Spherical Roller Bearings with Brass & Steel Cages.

We have designed, manufactured and erected buildings for Trucks, Aggregate Plants and Warehousing. One of our jobs included the design, manufacture and erection of a Hospital Enclosure for Elevators in Pretoria. We have an open Workshop Policy, and customers can view the manufacturing process at any time once a viewing/inspection has been pre-booked.
